1.	Goods sold are not returnable.
2.	First come first serve basis as usual.
3.	Our 3 days processing time are depending on our availability as per announce on our status (via facebook and blog).
4.	We will only entertain order through Order Form.
5.	Payment must be made in 2 days after receiving quotation from us.
6.	Shipping method: Poslaju, Pos Ekspress, Registered Post & Parcel.
7.	We will not be responsible for any wrong address given. The costs for re-post abide by customer. So please send us your final address for postage to prevent such case.
8.	We will not be held any responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.
9.	Please bear in mind, that we will not be taking any responsibilities of any missing parcels, lost items during transactions, damage of the items, or late of delivery as the POS MALAYSIA is the one who is responsible.
10.	Items shown might be slightly different in terms of color due to your screen setting etc. but we do our best to make sure as it as possible.
